We do not accept any exchange or refund for our products, unless it is a product defect.
In this case, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@kosmeo.ca with, if possible, a photo of the defect in question.
This step must necessarily and strictly be carried out within 24 to 36 hours of receipt of your order.
